E 91: Take a Trip with Us: Psilocybin Part 1 Magic Mushrooms
Sarah finally reveals her story that led her to psilocybin or more commonly known as "Magic Mushrooms." In part 1 we discuss the myriad of research that Sarah did to decide if this was the right medicine for her. We aren't talking in this episode about the party drug "Johnny" (inside joke, listen to the episode to get in on it. LOL) sold you in college. We are talking about a radical tool to help heal and rewire our brains to live a life that isn't overtaken by mental illness.
"Think of how much human suffering can be relieved, if we have a new tool that works on depression, that works on anxiety, the fear of dying, addiction. That's a game changer." Michael Pollen
